Well it is that time of the year where we have started harvesting our new season organic carrots and potatoes.

Wow Hawkes Bay has started to dry out again. We are busy irrigating to keep our crops growing as lovely hot days sap all the moisture. Our onions are growing well with an estimated harvest time of mid December. We just finished planting our sweetcorn last weekend, and the pumpkins have just broken the surface.

Weeding is a big job at this time of the year as well. As for the blueberries it looks like another bumper crop.

It is such an exciting time watching the growth of all these new season crops.
