Well the light drizzle yesterday really just dampened the dust. Not that we are complaining anything is better than nothing. The crops are still growing with the aid of busy staff and irrigators. Pumpkins, sweetcorn, wheat are all looking great.
Organic onions are not far away from the first harvest. All going well you will have some with your Christmas meal. Organic blueberries are not far away either, you should start to see our delicious blueberries in your favourite organic produce shop very soon!
We really can’t keep up with the demand for our organic carrots at the moment. We did plan to have more, but sadly through the winter the carrots were flooded not long after planting. This rotted a percentage of the seed. We are doing our best I promise!
Do try our new season Nadine potatoes. They are so delicious lightly boiled with all the other delicious spring vegetables.
