We grow many cereal crops as part of our rotation process.  Some cereal crops are simply worked back into the soil.  Others become straw for weed control in the blueberries. 

We also supply dairy farmers with certified organic baleage.

Our organic wheat is grown for supply for stock feed, to organic egg producers.  The wheat compliments our cropping rotation as part of our broad range of crops.  We plant in Winter and harvest in mid Summer.
